  91.     <h2>Recolor Tool</h2>
  92.     <p>This tool is useful for replacing one color with another. When recoloring 
  93.     with the left mouse button, the primary color signifies the replacement 
  94.     color, and the secondary color represents the color to replace. If you use 
  95.     the right mouse button, these roles are reversed.</p>
  96.     <p>You may left-click while holding the Ctrl key to select the primary 
  97.     color. Right-clicking while holding Ctrl selects the secondary color. This 
  98.     conveniently duplicates the Color Picker's functionality.</p>
  99.     <p>You may adjust the sensitivity for color replacement with the 
  100.     <a href="Toolbar.html#Tolerance">Tolerance</a> 
  101.     setting. If this is set to 0%, then only exact colors will be replaced. If 
  102.     it is set to 100%, then it will behave almost exactly like the Paintbrush 
  103.     Tool.</p>
  104.     <p>You may also set the size of the recoloring brush by adjusting the
  105.     <a href="Toolbar.html#ShapesBrushesFill">Brush Size in the toolbar</a>.</p>
  106.     <p>Skillful application of the Recolor Tool can yield some interesting and 
  107.     bold results. The following is one such example:</p>
